TWO Summer Outfit Ideas for a Shopping Day!

Summer is here! Well, not officially, but in Las Vegas we have already received a major heat warning so it's summer for me! The weather has actually been surprisingly nice for May. On this particular day, the weather was in the mid 80s which is absolutely beautiful for Las Vegas in May.

This day was spent at a beautiful outdoor mall in the affluent area of Las Vegas. My good friend, Nikki, and I shopped around for awhile to take advantage of the nice weather. Nikki has great style, she usually dresses pretty edgy-glam, but today her outfit was very simple and summery.

Shirt: Forever 21 / Jeans: American Eagle

I love her white top! The off the shoulder style is so trendy right now and I'm so glad because it is so effortlessly flattering while still being comfortable.

I just got this shirt at Old Navy and I am in love. I feel like no one really appreciates Old Navy but every time I shop there I end up with a pile of clothes I want to buy. Their clothes are very timeless while still being modern which is tricky to find.

The cut of this shirt is so flattering and unique. It has that subtle peplum, quarter length sleeves, and a nice v neck. I would have bought every color, but this was the only pattern they had! Sigh.

And can we talk about these shoes! The lace up style is probably the best shoe trend since pointy heels came back in style. I'm in love. I was thinking of making a post all about my favorite shoes. How does that sound? Let me know in the comments!
